Susanne Hove is the consummate realtor for a number of reasons. Susanne is personal. She takes the time to develop a relationship with each of her clients to best meet their needs and pursue their desires. Her people skills are unequaled. Susanne is professional. She is honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking overseeing every detail herself. Her capable hands inspire confidence and peace of mind. Susanne is persistent. Ina business known to fluctuate in loyalty and service, she works tirelessly for her clients, offers unparalleled availability, and delivers her very best with energy and enthusiasm. She sold our home in 2012 for more than we hoped, searched diligently with us this past year in a tough market, and successfully negotiated a short sale in the purchase of our new home in August 2013. We have been impressed and blessed by Susanne Hove both as sellers and buyers. She comes with our highest recommendation- you will not be disappointed.

Cameron & Lauren's Road to Home Ownership

Cameron and Lauren began searching for their first home in August 2012. They were wonderful clients who were pre-approved for a loan and eager to take the necessary steps towards becoming homeowners. They diligently marked their favorite listings, kept updated proof of funds and never delayed to look at new available properties. Unfortunately, Cameron and Lauren found themselves fighting against an extremely competitive market. With low inventory and cash investors out in force, it was difficult to remain hopeful for an accepted offer. After about 20 offers were unaccepted, morale was low and discouragement and heartbreak were at their peak. I suggested that they expand their search! Brand new KB homes were being built just 20 minutes outside of their preferred area.

Putting the Deposit Down on their Lot!
On December 16th, Cameron and Lauren put down their deposit on their lot! They had the opportunity to see their brand new home built from the ground up! Lauren and I had tears in our eyes as she put the “SOLD” pin on the KB lot map. Our perseverance as a client/agent team had finally paid off! In the end, Cameron and Lauren were able to get a huge lot of land (which was very important to Cameron), they were able to stick with their budget and by the time they moved into their new home, the value had already gone up 40K!

Welcome Home!

Tears of Joy
Congratulations Cameron and Lauren! I was so blessed to be a part of this important milestone in your lives!

Relay for Life Cancer Charity Walk

Through my years as a Riverside resident, I have been blessed to be a part of so many organizations and I always look back on these years with fond memories. I have organized sport banquets, managed high school snack bars, given boy scout awards and socialized at women’s Bible study. As I set out to become even more involved in the community, I’d like to focus my efforts on supporting those who are battling cancer. Within the last year, I have prayed with close friends and family members through their fight with cancer. Some are still fighting, some have been triumphant in their battle and I have had to say goodbye to others. By becoming involved in various organizations that support cancer research, I hope to show how much I truly care for these special people in my life.

The American Cancer Society is holding a “Relay for Life Cancer Charity Walk” event  on April 27th at the Riverside City College field. I hope to join other people in the community that day in support of those who are fighting against cancer. I will be sure to keep everyone posted as I gather my friends and family to fundraise.
